Cisco has changed the CCNA Voice and CCVP certifications with major course updates as well as new course introductions. These revisions/introductions reflect a focus on `job role' objectives rather than `product features' as earlier certifications incorporated.
Cisco renews the complete Cisco Voice Associate and Professional certifications to Cisco Collaboration v8.0. A name change goes along with these important updates: `CCVP' is now named `CCNP Voice'.
ICOMM v8.0 - Introducing Cisco Voice and Unified Communications Administration
The 5-day ICOMM course has replaced the IIUC course. The ICOMM course teaches you how to maintain and operate a Cisco Unified Communications solution that is based on Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Unified Presence.
CVOICE v8.0 - Implementing Cisco Unified Communications Voice over IP and QoS
The 5-day CVOICEv8.0 course has replaced the CVOICEv6.0 course, with the new course based on Cisco Collaboration v8.0 as the most important course update. Topics from the QOS course have been integrated into the new CVOICE course. Note: the QOS course and exam will not be retired. The QOS exam remains a qualifying exam for other Cisco certifications.
CIPT1 v8.0 - Implementing Cisco Unified Communications Manager Part 1

The 5-day CAPPS course is a completely new course that teaches you the integration options of Cisco Unified Presence, Cisco Unity Express, and Cisco Unity Connection with Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
